Nicholas Waltman is an associate in the firm who focuses on civil litigation and criminal law. His areas of civil practice include representing individuals who suffered injuries as a result of the negligence or intentional acts of others. His criminal practice involves representing those charged with crimes and motor vehicle offenses before the Municipal and Superior courts of New Jersey.
During his time in law school, Nicholas was a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Christopher Rafano and also was an intern for Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Nicholas was a Student Mentor and he authored Internet, Sports, and Gambling New Jersey’s Bermuda Triangle. He was awarded “best oral argument” in Appellate Advocacy.
