Barry Mandelbaum is a founding member of the Firm and Chairman of the Board, and has more than four decades of legal experience. Barry chairs the firm’s Real Estate group and concentrates his practice on real estate development, land use, financing and commercial real estate, as well as corporate and transactional law. His corporate and transactional practice involves representing private and public corporations in all aspects of their business, including formation, due diligence, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and governance issues.

Barry was a member of the Governor’s Corporate and Business Law Commission, and the Board of Directors of Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield.  He was a past director of two NASDAQ-traded firms, Warwick Insurance Managers, Inc. and Growth Bank, Inc., as well as privately held companies.  He has been recognized and included among the Best Lawyers in America*, Who’s Who in American Law*, and as a New Jersey Super Lawyer*.

Barry is active in a number of charitable organizations and serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Real Estate Division of the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, a Trustee of the Codey Foundation for Mental Health and a Trustee of the Rubenstein Foundation.
