Edward P. Dabek, Jr. is an Associate in the Firm’s Banking and Financial Services and Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Practice Groups where he represents commercial lenders, factors, finance companies, debt funds and private equity funds in the structuring and negotiation of secured and unsecured lending transactions, including syndicated and single-bank loans, factoring, financing of commercial assets, asset based lending, acquisition financing, and loan restructurings and workouts.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Dabek was with a boutique finance and securities firm. Mr. Dabek received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a member of the Seton Hall Circuit Review Law Journal. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The College of New Jersey. Mr. Dabek is admitted to the bars of New York and New Jersey.
