Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation

Mandelbaum Salsburg's Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation attorneys understand how insurance companies and defense lawyers think. Insurance companies are interested in minimizing their economic exposure when a serious injury or death has occurred. They hire defense attorneys to aggressively undermine each aspect of the claim. The personal injury attorneys in our Group take each case on as if it will proceed to trial, and are not afraid to take a case all the way to a jury verdict – if that is what is necessary to produce the best possible result. Our Firm has resolved numerous claims, resulting in awards millions of dollars to the injured parties.

We also provide our clients with quality legal advice concerning their cases, and represent individuals whose primary language is Spanish or Portuguese.

The Workers’ Compensation Practice Group has many years of experience in representing injured workers in workers’ compensation litigation.  If you were hurt on the job or have been diagnosed with an occupational illness, you are entitled to worker’s compensation benefits regardless of who was at fault.  You need not have sustained permanent injury in order to receive benefits, which include medical treatment, temporary compensation, and/or partial or total permanent compensation. Our attorneys are experienced in obtaining monetary awards to compensate you, and ensuring that you receive all necessary medical treatment for your work-related injury.

Our attorneys handle cases throughout New Jersey, and boast decades of substantial trial experience in litigation as well as before the New Jersey Division of Workers’ Compensation.

Peters and Wells aggressively advocated for our client during the mediation and were able to prove that the bar in question had an obligation to provide security at its establishment in a reasonable manner. The bar also failed to successfully train and supervise its security personnel. Therefore, the bar was fully liable for plaintiff's injuries. The mediation ended when the defendant's agreed to compensate the plaintiff in full. This is just one of the many satisfying verdicts our personal injury attorneys have achieved for plaintiffs....
